Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter
1. Services Provided
Upon confirmation of services, Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter shall provide the designated Artist(s) to perform Glitter Services at the event, on the date, time, and location specified on the invoice or order form.
2. Client Definition
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “Client” refers to any individual or organization receiving services from Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter, whether on a paid basis or as an in-kind donation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Venue & Weather Protection: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event location provides adequate protection from sun, wind, and precipitation. Failure to provide such protection may result in the Artist(s) discontinuing services prematurely without a refund.
Health & Safety: The Client and their guests must inform the Artist(s) of any allergies prior to the services. Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter and its representatives are not liable for any allergic reactions, stains, or injuries incurred by the Client or their guests.
4. Promotional Rights
Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter reserves the right to use digital photographs and video recordings of the event for promotional publications and other related purposes.
5. Changes and Postponements
In the event of a postponement or schedule change, the Client must contact Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter directly via call or text at 504-434-0832. Time changes are subject to artist availability at the time of notice and cannot be guaranteed.
Time Change Fee:
Schedule changes requested less than 48 hours before the event will incur a fee equal to 25% of the value of services at the time of booking. This fee helps offset lost wages and scheduling disruptions for the Artist(s). Requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated at no additional charge, pending artist availability.
6. Cancellation by Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter
In the event that Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter must cancel services for any reason, the Client shall receive a full refund of all payments made toward the scheduled services.
7. Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the total value of services at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the event, or for transfers to a new date or person, a credit for future Glitter Services will be provided. Services may be transferred to another date and/or person, subject to availability at the time of rebooking.
8. Weather Exceptions
Exceptions are granted in the case of severe weather warnings, including city-issued alerts for flash flooding, tornado watches, or other hazardous conditions. In such instances, Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter reserves the right to cancel services for the safety of its team. The Client will receive a full credit for future rescheduling of the service.
9. Travel Fee
Venues located outside a five-mile radius of the French Quarter are subject to a travel fee to cover transportation costs, including rideshare services.
10. Code of Conduct
Inhumane treatment, rudeness, disrespect, or the use of foul language directed toward the Artist(s) will not be tolerated. In such cases, the Artist(s) reserve the right to immediately cease services, and no refund will be issued.
11. Participant Engagement
Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter is not responsible if key individuals or guests fail to appear at the designated time. The Artist(s) are only required to provide services to those who actively participate or express a desire to do so.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter’s total liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the value of the retainer paid. The Client agrees to release Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter from any further liability, including instances where materials are damaged or lost without fault on the part of the Artist(s).
13. In-Kind Donation Specifics
All terms and conditions outlined in this agreement apply equally to in-kind donation recipients.For events provided as an in-kind donation, the following additional requirements apply:
Promotional Inclusion: The Client agrees to include promotional mentions of Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter in event materials (e.g., programs, social media posts, or press releases).
Complementary Event Tickets: The Client shall provide complimentary tickets to the event as part of the donation agreement.
14. Discounted Services
In cases where the full rate for Glitter Services is not met and a discount or in-kind donation is provided, Pixie Dust Biodegradable Glitter reserves the right to offer products for optional purchase by event attendees. These products will be made available for purchase at the event to supplement the services provided.

By accepting services by Pixie Dust BG LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
